Couloir - Gunde - Maddie - Changtse

Couloir is the most versatile Aussie we have ever seen.  She does it all!  Couloir earned her HTCH, AHBA herding trial championship in January 2013.  She also won BISS at 13 months and has earned her Herding and Versatility Championships.  To learn more about Couloir, either click on her picture to the left or go to her page:  Couloir's Page

Gunde is a jack of all trades.  He loves conformation, dabbles in agility, is thrilled with rally and is my sheep finder when the sheep get loose.  His first love is skijoring.  When at mushing races, Gunde howls along with the Huskys as a natural lead dog.  To learn more about Gunde just click on his picture to the left.

Maddie has been busy for 2013.  She achieved her WTCH ATCH Legends R Made For Ewe and was 7th in advance sheep merit standings.  She never runs out of energy! The first time she laid down after a workout, we had skiid a 45k at race pace.  Finally! Changtse was our first Aussie.  We got her for a running companion and pet from Selena Poplin and Terri Morgan.  I tried obedience but instead of coming straight to me, she added another obstacle:  around a tree, up the steps and jump off the bank.  Obviously she was bored so I started agility lessons with her and she loved it!  To learn more about Changtse, click on her page to the left.

Maddie came to us from Legends Aussies.  It was Anne and Steve Shope who own her 1/2 brother the very talented Talon, trialed by Steve who has inspired me dream higher and widen my perspective.

Maddie has been my agility partner thru NADAC, AKC and ASCA.  She has plenty of energy if not over the top.  The first time she laid down after a workout, we had skiid a 45k at race pace!  Maddie is the penultimate overachiever, faster, harder, better.   At 9 she started her herding career.  In her first trial she got started on her cows and duck title.  The next trial I entered her in sheep.  She got that title and HIT started.  At the next ASCA trial, she finished her career with the most promising start both Friday and Saturday.  Sunday I entered her in open and she finished her open sheep and ducks title the next day and only needs one more Q for her open ducks title. She also tied for HIT overall on the last day with a 119 on cows. At 10 she is not planning on slowing down anytime soon!
